Memberships are for one-year minimum. Your credit card on file will be charged monthly. Your annual membership will be automatically renewed at the same rate unless you provide two weeks notice by filling out the cancellation form either in house or under the membership forms online. You may upgrade your membership at any time. If you relocate out of state before end of the year agreement, you will need to give a month’s notice to cancel your membership and pay cancellation fee. We will provide a form for you to fill out and return.
